Summary of Qualifications

I am a licensed Home Inspector (License No. 2237) by the Kentucky Board of Home Inspectors, a licensed Professional Engineer by the Kentucky State Board of Licensure, and a certified Radon Measurement Provider (NEHA-NRPP ID 105998RT) by the National Environmental Health Association-National Radon Proficiency Program (NEHA-NRPP).  I also hold degrees in mechanical and civil engineering and have more than 25 years of experience in construction projects.

With my experience in Mechanical and Civil Engineering, I have designed and developed all facets of structural and mechanical systems.  I know the ins and outs of how a home should be designed and maintained.

Being in the construction industry has given me the training to be able to identify problems before they become disastrous.  I can help you to know if there is anything that needs to be done to your home to keep it functioning properly for you for many years to come.
